Carlat says we shouldn't use SPECT for diagnosis? We shouldn't use SPECT tools that we know work to help discover the many missed diagnoses often found under the large umbrella of ADD/ADHD? This question regarding the use of SPECT is more than a simple ADD diagnostic tool.
