  3. I just dropped by with the PDF site one. And it super interesting reading it, and I didn’t notice that it’s your blog though. Thanks for sharing the ten biggest problem of ADD/ADHD medications. Thanks!

Thank you, Dr. Parker, for your comment on my blog. I did wonder if perhaps I don’t have Gluten Intolerance after all (wishful thinking), but my sister reminded me of the physical symptoms that happen every time I am accidentally “glutened”, so I suppose my answer is “both”.

I will check out the link you shared.

    Thank you again!

    • Sorry to be so late in getting back, way to busy with this new radio show, and some other haps with the blog change… Love WordPress, just another learning curve. Actually loved TypePad, just could not deal with their new platform, just grindingly slow – simply couldn’t type a word without marked keystroke delays.

      This change will be good,
      See you in the ethers
      Chuck

  5. Thanks Flug,

  7. Hey Kali,
The most interesting aspect to this process, customization – if it works best for you, it is right on, period. Thanks for dropping by,

  8. I am still the biggest fan of Wellburtin for ADHD symptoms…

  9. Lyle,
Many thanks for your comments – please stay tuned as I find myself ever more interested in brain and impulsivity… certain patterns are evident with SPECT that encourage specific impulsive activities. Check out the ‘Search’ here for SPECT and Addictions – more coming.
    Tnx

I will have to add this great information to my work in the california drug rehab industry. This will really hit home with my clients.

  11. Mike,
Belated thanks for your kind note, do look forward to building a stack over at http://www.peoplesMD.com – excellent information over there!

    Hey Chuck,

I have to say that I love your blog. You provide some great info and resources on ADD/ADHD. There certainly no shortage of ADD blogs on the internet but yours is certainly in the top of its class. Not to mention its reassuring to know that the info on your blog is coming from a M.D. Thanks for your work!

My site has some great resources on ADD/ADHD. You and your readers might want to check it out, and you can add your own.

    Thanks,
    Mike

  13. Hey Tina,
Thanks for your kind remarks, looks like you have been working on yourself, interesting site, and great photos!

After looking at your recommended books I know you will like The Black Swan, by Taleb. Takes Blink a few notches down the road – deep, but an interesting review of categorical, statistical thinking. Important to keep in perspective the Gaussian web, and statistical illusions.

As you so clearly point out: The “principles” arise in the center of things, the “policies” are time-bound [see Korzybski over at CorePsych.com]. Policies answer important temporal questions, but for folks like us, and for many others, the fundamentals point to the Way.

Appreciating both perspectives, the fundamentals and the policies, brings new meaning to the term “bipolar.”
    Thanks,
    Chuck

I believe that by just being a part of “Priscilla’ Palmer’s Personal Development list obligates each of us to also post this list. You like me (Killeris at “Attitude, the Ultimate Power”) are on this list. If you have already posted it, THANK YOU. If you have not posted it, I am officially putting out a challenge that you add additional sites that fit the theme and post it. This list can be found at: http://mondaymorningpower.blogspot.com/2007/09/personal-development-list-challenge.html

  19. Phone number available over at Consultant Connections, just under the picture,
    Thanks for asking!

  20. Yep, that does about cover it, no sense developing an “old attitude.”

Old is winding down, and with all this going on in brain work, time to wind up.

Yeah that one line bio seems a bit stuffy, will have to rethink all of that.. degrees do it for some readers though, – will think about more options.

Ice off the lakes up there? 😉
    Chuck

  21. It must be my ‘unusual’ brain.

But when I read your 1-line bio my brain stopped at “practicing child”…

yep, that sounds like Chuck 😉

    The blog is growing nicely.

    Good on ya!

    Best, Lyle
