Gluten/Casein Sensitivity: Brain Function Deterioration

Brain Awareness: Milk Addiction – Withdrawal is Real

Gluten Sensitivity Beacons: Head, Face and Teeth

Brain Function problems show on SPECT imaging
downstream from gluten/casein sensitivity. Some can appear psychotic,
as we have witnessed in our CorePsych office – and as reported in the
Annals of Internal Medicine in that previous post linked above.

Keeping the files straight, this CorePsychBlog will continue with written editorial and opinion pieces, and I just posted a series of videos over at CorePsychPodcast. You might want to go over and sign up for email updates at the podcast site just to keep that connection simplified, – especially if you like the iPod connection.

This interview, over from YouTube, is my first attempt at transfer
of interesting video documentation. I have two more short celiac
instructional videos from YouTube in my Celiac/Casein Playlist there and will be sending you personal vlogs on my own review of brain and body functional matters soon.

And, by the way, you can drag your cursor across the bottom of the
screen, and click on either of the three short videos on my
Gluten/Casein list. While just sitting on this page you can see all
three:

  1. this first one is an interesting interview, somewhat strident, but useful,
  2. then a woman from Australia talking about her celiac condition,
  3. and a more specific medical review of the pathology so you can see what happens directly to the gut.

This should be interesting!

Just for clarification purposes and having read “The Devil in the Milk” – I understand that BCM7 is the problem and not merely Casein itself.

This leads me to believe Goats / Buffalo products are okay from an immune perspective as BCM7 does the real damage?

  2. Tammy,
We here at CorePsychBlog have a number of posts on milk – this one is probably closest to your concerns:

If you have a problem with milk you may want to look at this one too:

    http://www.corepsychblog.com/2007/08/celiac-notes-op.html

and one additional link will give you a few easy stops:

This latter link notes an important article by Drs O’Bryan and Vojadni, both often mentioned here.

    Hope this helps-
    Chuck

I believe I am addicted to milk. I was very surprised to see that there was such a thing. I am excited to find out as much as I can. I am not interested in joining a bunch of sites to see the videos.
